A complete itinerary
while the client is still talking.
You give the destination, the dates and the budget. Hukaia returns the whole trip — stages, stays, tables checked one by one, a costed budget. You take it over, and you send it.
Three things, and exactly where each one stands.
You will put this to the test in your first week. So here is what exists today, and what is still being built.
Compose at volume
As many itineraries as your business needs, with no per-trip charge. The five-trips-a-month ceiling of a personal account does not apply.
A folder per client
Trips filed by client rather than in one long list, and several colleagues on the same agency account. This is the work in progress; it is not shipped.
Under your own brand
The document you hand to the client, and the shared link, carry your logo and your colours rather than ours. Planned after the client folders.
What agencies ask us first.
Are the addresses real?
Yes — and it is the question that matters for you. Every table and every stay is searched on the web before being kept; whatever cannot be confirmed is dropped rather than shown. Anything reported permanently closed is excluded.
Who owns the itineraries?
You do. You edit them, export them, and hand them to your clients under your own name.
Is there anything to install?
No. Professional access runs in the browser. The iPhone app is there if your team prefers it.
What does it cost?
Priced on request, because it depends on your volume and on how many colleagues need access — and because we would rather discuss it with you than post a figure that fits nobody. Billing is ordinary and invoiced, outside in-app purchases.
What happens to my clients' data?
Only what is needed to compose and keep the trips, nothing more. It is all written in the privacy policy, and everything can be erased on request.
