Registration in progress: the SIRET number will appear here as soon as it is issued, and on every invoice. The day the business is carried by a company, this page will carry its name, its legal form, its registered office, its registration number and its VAT number.
Hosting
The website and the web app are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — cloudflare.com.
Account and trip data are hosted by Supabase, in a data centre located in Ireland (European Union). What is collected, and why, is detailed in the privacy policy (in French).
The iPhone app is distributed by Apple, through the App Store; its terms of use are those of Apple's standard licence.
Intellectual property
The Hukaia name, the logo, the texts, the interface and the composed itineraries are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction beyond private use requires her written consent.
The itineraries composed for you are yours to use: you may share them, print them, publish them in the Hukaia feed. They may not be resold or integrated into another service. A travel agency with professional access is the exception: it hands the itineraries it composes to its clients, under its own name.

Personal data and cookies
This website sets no cookies. It does measure a few gestures — the page viewed, whether the download button was tapped, whether a composition was started — so that we know what serves and what does not. That measurement is done by us, in our own database: no third-party tool, no advertising identifier, nothing sent elsewhere.
The identifier we use lives in the tab and disappears when you close it: it cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, which is why no consent banner is imposed on you. What you type is never sent — for a destination searched, we record that a word was entered and its length, never the word.

The app collects what is needed to compose and keep your trips; everything is described in the privacy policy, including your rights and how to exercise them.
Liability
Itineraries are composed from public sources and checked as far as possible; opening hours, prices and availability of the places named may change. Check with the establishments before committing, in particular for bookings and flights. Hukaia neither sells nor books any travel service.
